HOTEL NEW HANKYU KOBE SANDA

Exterior in harmony with the surrounding environment
Development is taking place of the Kobe Sanda International Garden City - a multifunctional city for the 21st century, comprising eight towns, including a culture town of residential zones and education zones, Kobe Research Park and Technopark, set against a backdrop of the rich natural environment of the Kansai District's Hokusetsu/Hokushin area.
HOTEL NEW HANKYU KOBE SANDA was recently completed in Century Park, Sanda's woody town, centrally located in the region.
This hotel, with six floors above ground and 130 guest rooms, is based on the concept of a resort-style community hotel. Its aim is to contribute to supporting business and community formation as the core of regional society, against the backdrop of an environment rich in greenery and with abundant water, centering on Lake Hiradani.
The wide, open lobby
The building, with its arc-like shape and its exterior stucco finish, creates light and shade and changes in color, making for a design with an underlying sense of hand-built architecture. The interior spaces, rich in a sense of openness which brings the rich environment outside into the hotel, were developed with the motif of nature as a design element, and a space has been achieved which enables patrons to enjoy the "Smiling and Friendly Hospitality" which is the motto of the hotel.
