Umeshin Dai-ichi Seimei Building
This project entailed the construction of an "environmentally-friendly" rental office building facing the Umedashinmichi intersection in Osaka. Giving consideration to the local community, the plan enabled the maintenance of public spaces, such as rebuilding the approach to the neighboring shrine through the building on the ground level. Also, double-skin curtain walls were developed to greatly reduce the sunshine heat load, as a measure against global warming. By renting on a floor-by-floor basis as the standard, compared to other buildings, the tenants have a greater feeling of exclusive use. This building has received the ranking of "S" from CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency) Osaka.

Tokyo Seishin Technical College for Cooking School
This building was for a cooking school, which moved to a redevelopment area in front of the Keikyu Line Kamata Station. The volume and color of the upper part of the building, which is clearly segmented from the lower part, adds colors to the town. Earthquake-resistant steel plate walls have been installed around the building, designed so that the frame, the functions and the facilities would match. The main element of the exterior design is that the openings match the functions inside the building. With the theme of "a city inside architecture," the inside is made up of spaces like town squares and streets. The practical rooms for cooking have been designed as "kitchens that will fascinate you" with a high level of transparency. This school has become the first in Japan to be recognized as meeting the requirements of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Tobata C Block Improvement Project
This project involved the unified development of an entire block, made up of the Tobata City Office, a day-care center for children, a community action center for the disabled, local government public housing for senior citizens, public rental housing, private housing for sale, and a facilities complex for senior citizens. Large-scale rooftop greening in the center has enabled the creation a rooftop space hill called the "Fureai-no-Oka," designed to encourage interaction between the various generations. Stair-shaped louvers have been used in the façade of the western side of the front of the city office to enable the sun to shine through the risers into the lobby area. A gentle slope connects the park at the front to the "Fureai-no-Oka," and during events this area can also be used for seating an audience of 2,000. The feeling of unification with the hill is strengthened through the use of a color plan based on earthen colors for the building exterior.

Toyota Medical Corporation Kariya Toyota General Hospital Building 1
This project involved new building and renovation work for this general hospital, which is operated by Toyota Medical Corporation, and is the core medical facility for the local area. In order to maximize use of the remaining site and floor space, the building has been designed with a triangular planar shape, with a light court installed under the central corridor. Along with the existing out-patient clinic building, the eastern side of the building creates a new face for the hospital. As well as drawing in light and wind, and improving amenities and environmental performance, composed of the balcony side with horizontal louvers, and PC tile walls and glass curtain walls, the design expresses the delicate and refreshing image of a hospital building. Also, in preparedness for a disaster, the building uses a base isolation system.

NiCeRa Technical Center
This was a moving plan along with the consolidation of the production facilities for this ceramic materials and sensor manufacturer. The facility consists of the main building with the head office functions, the production building with the production lines and amenity functions, a smaller building, and a corridor which connects these three buildings. With concrete panels and vertical multiple windows, the eight-floor main building gives the expression of the image of the symbol for a sensor, as well as the corporate aspiration for growth. The production building is composed of the substrate surface of zinc-plated angular wave-shaped aluminum alloy plates, expressing a metallic industrial product image. The air current, heat environment and light environment for the office space and inside the clean room were designed based on simulations, and this enabled the optimal layout of the machinery and equipment.

Toyota Branch of Toyota Tsusho
This plan was for the new building of a business office, along with the unification of various divisions which were scattered about, the expansion of business, and an increase in the number of staff. The building was designed with the theme of "a low-level open office to encourage communication and flexibility." A slender and flexible consolidated-type brace structure with excellent cost performance was used to provide a buoyant and open space, which would fuse the design with the structure. The exterior is composed of a louver skin with a soft appearance, creating the corporate image of being environmentally friendly, and acting as a buffer with the surrounding environment, as well as giving consideration to the maintenance performance and long life of the exterior. There is a collaboration area and central courtyard inside the building, realizing an interior with a high level of amenities.
