ORE Sapporo Building
ORE Sapporo Building The symbolic and modern exterior appearance design of this building consists of a dark gray and white monotone. The front of the building is laid out with fine spaces of the glass openings between the columns. The wider spaces of the glass openings between the columns on the sides of the building give the architecture a characteristic exterior appearance. Large-span steel beams run across the building from the external columns to the core, realizing inside office space without columns with a high degree of flexibility.

Narita Shiyakusho-mae Keisei Building
Narita Shiyakusho-mae Keisei Building This project entailed constructing a new building with a tenant, the Richmond Hotel (RNT Holdings), in front of the Keisei Line Narita Station. Aiming at foreign tourists from Narita Airport, a design based on "Japanese style" was used for the approach, with shadows created by the latticework, and the first floor multilayered lobby space, reaching from the exterior through to the end of the building. The building has a fine-featured exterior appearance in the image of bamboo and tiles in what is a rich, green environment. With the theme of resetting body and mind, the neutral interior displays an opened-up space using milky white colors and simple, natural materials.

KDX Nagoya Sakae Building
KDX Nagoya Sakae Building Facing "Hirokoji-dori," the main street in Sakae area, the center of Nagoya, this office building has been constructed making maximum use of the site. The building was designed for differentiation with other office buildings, as vacancy rates continue to rise due to the economic recession in recent years. In order to do so, a base isolation structure was used, with an A-class "CASBEE" design, including a roof garden as a refreshing space, a noncontact-type card security system, an inside-building type multilevel parking structure, and an entrance hall design and interior/exterior finishing with a sense of luxury and high-grade specifications. In order to keep the work period as short as possible and because the streets in the city center are so narrow, many challenges had to be overcome, including the installation of the multilevel parking structure at night and accurate maintenance of the base isolation.

NOK Fukushima Plant New 1st Factory
NOK Fukushima Plant New 1st Factory This project entailed the reconstruction of the main plant of a manufacturer of oil seals used in cars. In order to rectify the flow of the line from production through to shipment, as well as secure flexibility for the future, preproduction and postproduction spaces were laid out east to west each in the 200-meter long and 40-meter wide column-free space with the distribution zone and truck yard in the southern area. The equipment, which is the source of a lot of noise, was consolidated in a line in the center of the roof, designed to give consideration to the neighborhood and optimize the infrastructure route. The height of the western side of the building, which faces a residential area, was kept low to reduce any oppressive feeling, and the horizontal rows of windows and glass box bay windows give the long, large elevation surface rhythm.
