This dual purpose building in Frankfurt houses the European head office and design center of Kia Motors. The exterior creates a vivid impression that underscores the company's slogan for the European market: "The Power to Surprise." The curved glass façade symbolizes speed; the double-skinned exterior implies tranquility. The overall effect suggests both the vitality of this fast-growing enterprise, and the concepts of integration and harmony associated with Korean culture.

Located in an industrial complex near Paris, this building has clearly defined entrances for offices and logistic center, unified by a simple, efficient floor plan. Differing functions embodied in this single building are distinguished by exterior detail: office exterior features horizontal rows of windows within white sandwich panels; logistic center exterior comprises silver corrugated plates. Open office space and a rooftop terrace enhance employee communication; the red company logo accentuates a welcoming atmosphere.

Gray-beige and metallic silver define the horizontal exterior of this office, which controls all production lines within Toyota's Poland factory. Currently there are five buildings on site, with more planned; this building is located at the center. Structural calculations will accommodate future addition of a second floor. Local, high-durability wood was used in floor and wall panels to produce a warm atmosphere. The office space spans a vast 1,700m²; ceiling height is 3.9 meters.

The Yamazaki Mazak Technology Center houses the company's new showroom and offices. Its eye-catching design distinguishes it from existing buildings, and includes an inner courtyard. The exterior features a glass curtain façade alternating with black walls, which permits abundant natural light to flow throughout the interior. The main entrance comprises white and light beige colors; the predominantly white interior is infused with color to impart a sense of warmth.
