−Nitto Kohki Headquarters and R&D Office
Nittoh Kohki commemorated its 50th anniversary with the construction of its new Headquarters and R&D buildings. Office and R&D functions are clearly segregated, connected by an atrium. The building blends into the natural environment with a green terrace and trees planted around the site. The working environment incorporates various comfortable and innovative energy-related features, including an energy-saving combination of radiant ceiling panels, underfloor A/C, and natural ventilation which together realize optimum air conditioning. Exterior moveable louvers are automatically controlled.

−ASICS Head Office East Building
The East Building was constructed as an extension of the existing Head Office building of ASICS Corporation, in order to commemorate the company's 60th anniversary. The new building houses a corporate museum and offices. Its design aims to express the company's underlying philosophy of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body." The highly transparent exterior features hanging concrete slabs and full-height window frames, and incorporates a simple frame structure with skeleton-design interior space. The office space was created with a special focus on flexibility and communications.
