4675131312111089Nフォレスト垂水 弐番館Forest Tarumi 2 - Bankan生活の場を生み出す曲線と雁行配置Living environment created by curved design and "flying geese" layout介護型有料老人ホーム「フォレスト垂水」の隣接地に建つ、39室の住宅型有料老人ホームである。高齢者が生き生きと暮らせる住宅らしさに介護への配慮を付加した。緩い曲線状の敷地に沿ってのびやかにボリュームを配置し、庭や交流スペースなど生活の場を包み込む構成とした。曲線に対して各居室を雁行配置させることで、バルコニーと玄関に共用部と緩やかに繋がる私的な領域を生みだしている。1階は敷地の傾斜を活かした半地下とし高さを抑え、豊かな植栽と既存介護棟を踏襲したアースカラーの外観によって街並みへの調和を目指した。(大竹 佳世)Forest Tarumi 2-Bankan is a 39-room residential type private (for-fee) senior citizen's home located on a site adjacent to the Forest Tarumi private nursing home. The facility combines nursing home care with a residential setting so that senior citizens can live rich, rewarding lives. A building volume with a leisurely design that matches the gently curving site was provided, and the configuration encompasses gardens, meeting spaces and other daily living environments. The individual residences are placed in a staggered "flying geese" layout along the curved site to create private domains that are unobtrusively connected with common areas at the residence entrances and balconies. The inclination of the site was utilized to arrange the first floor half-underground in order to reduce the height of the building, and the exterior has been painted in earth colors to match the abundant greenery and the existing nursing care building and ensure that the building is in harmony with the surrounding cityscape.
