With many of the patients bedridden, the aim was to enable patients to continue to feel close to nature and to provide a comfortable environment for family and staff as well. The wall-shaped columns that characterize the facade also appear in the form of signs on the green slope that eliminates the height difference with the surrounding roads. The result is a continuous landscape with the rich surrounding natural environment and a hospital that is attuned to the region.
