Pipe space (PS) have been dispersed throughout the double floor structure created through the use of a flat slab located 300 meters below floor level, and a flexible system has been developed to make it easy to change the placement of partition walls in the future. Protruding columns and PS have been placed in a staggered pattern in 6.4m grid squares, and a column span of approximately 9m at a diagonal 45° angle has been employed.
