Works11100m200m300m400m500m100m200m300m400m500m岡東中央公園1号館枚方市役所京阪 枚方市駅TSUTAYA＜物販館＞TSUTAYA＜レンタル館＞TSUTAYA＜GAME館＞天津橋京阪 本線鵲橋関西医大枚方病院枚方保健所京阪 交野線枚方寝屋川消防禁野橋枚方警察署3号館1975年(昭和50年)頃枚方市駅前再開発完了時「郷土枚方の歴史」P263より出典1983年(昭和58年)TSUTAYAの1号店として誕生した蔦屋書店枚方店©CCCより出典枚方市駅前は、1983年にTSUTAYAの1号店として蔦屋書店枚方店が誕生した創業の地である。33年経った今、枚方T-SITEの開業をきっかけに枚方市駅前は再び活気を蘇らせ、変わろうとしている。枚方T-SITEのそばには、宿泊施設のあるANNEX Ⅱが2016年10月に開業し、2017年春に向け、ANNEX Ⅰの開業準備も進んでいる。枚方市駅のような規模の駅前立地は全国に数多くあり、枚方T-SITEのビジネスモデルが、全国の郊外都市駅前の再開発のモデルになっていくことを確信している。(牛戸 陽治)A model for redevelopment of suburban city station-front areas nationwide全国の郊外都市駅前の再開発モデルにThe Hirakata staion-front area is the place where the first store of the nationwide Tsutaya video and CD rental chain was established in 1983 as Tsutaya Bookstore Hirakata Store. 33 years later, on the occasion of the opening of Hirakata T-SITE, the Hirakata station-front area is undergoing a change that will once again bring back vitality to the area. Adjacent to Hirakata T-SITE, Annex II, which also has an accommodation facility, opened in October 2016, and preparations are underway to open Annex I in the spring of 2017. There are many station-front locations in Japan with a scale similar to that of the one in Hirakata, and we are confident that the Hirakata T-SITE business model can serve as a model for redevelopment of suburban city station-front areas nationwide.
