The office space that faces the river has been given a curved planar shape to resolve the conflicting given conditions of a pharmaceutical laboratory program that requires that offices and laboratory be placed in parallel, and a site with only a narrow aperture on the north side which has the view. Making the route between the laboratory and the offices as short as possible and maximizing the view on the north side makes it possible to view a rich natural scenery stretching before your eyes from every area in the building.
