(田附 岳夫)Owner: Nihon University Daiichi Gakuen Location: Funabashi-shi, Chiba Main Use: SchoolPlanning and Construction Supervision:Naofumi Nakamura ArchitectDesign and construction work: Takenaka Corporation·Architects: Jirou Miyata, Takeo Taduke, and Minoru Akiya·Structural: Yutaka Ide, Kei Mutou,Yuta Asai, and Kazuhiro Yamazaki·M&E: Masahiro Koike, Takayoshi Shibahara·Site manager: Koichi AibaraSite area: 88,631.73m2Building area: 3,892.59m2Total floor area: 13,146.18m2Construction: Reinforced concrete, SteelNumber of stories: 4floors above groundand 1 basement floorConstruction term: May 2016 to November 2017建築主:学校法人日本大学第一学園所在地:千葉県船橋市主要用途:中学校・高等学校企画・監理:宮本直文建築設計事務所設計施工:竹中工務店・設計:宮田二郎・田附岳夫・秋谷稔・構造:井出豊・武藤肇・浅井勇太 山﨑和宏・設備:小池正浩・芝原崇慶・作業所長:粟飯原功一敷地面積:88,631.73㎡建築面積:3,892.59㎡延床面積:13,146.18㎡構造:RC造・S造階数:地下1階 地上4階工期:2016.5~2017.11A broad “street of light” is provided running north-south through the campus, with the junior high school and the high school buildings arranged on either side of and parallel to this street, with the classrooms arranged so that glimpses of the elder pupils studying in the high school building can be seen from the junior high school building. In the high school learning commons, a space is provided on each floor of the building connected vertically by an atrium and light garden, with the aim that the mixing of the lines of sight of the pupils and teachers on the other floors would be a catalyst to generate lively intellectual comunication. Also, with a plan arrangement that allows the lines of sight to spread in the horizontal direction so that from the corridors of the high school building the lines of sight spread to the learning commons, the terrace, and the junior high school building across the street of light, the junior high school and the high school are strongly visually integrated, providing a spatial composition that spreads wider than the actual size.
