Works08A gentle connection is cultivated from the entrance hall to the EV hall and lounge, and from the front yard which is the main place of interchange among residents to the Grand Court by introducing a sequence of greenery, air, and light. Specifically from the entrance a two-story atrium lounge is provided before passing through the rich green Courtyard, then further on the Grand Court is provided utilizing the existing topography. In this way a continuous sequence of greenery and building is created that brings the greenery in each of the four seasons closer and allows the changes of the seasons to be felt. (Tomoya Suzuki)A Sequence of Greenery Inducing a Sense of Community Among Residents住まい手のつながりを誘発する緑のシークエンスエントランスからEVホール、ラウンジまで住人が最も交流する場所の結節点に前庭から大庭へと続く緑、風、光のあふれる外部空間を挿入することでゆるやかなつながりが育まれることを意図している。具体的には、エントランスから緑豊かな中庭を通り抜けた先に2層吹き抜けのラウンジを設け、さらにその先に既存の地形を活かした大庭を配置することにより、四季折々の緑が寄り添い、季節の移ろいを感じさせる緑と建築の連続するシークエンスを生み出した。(鈴木 智也)大庭を望む吹抜けラウンジ03SECTION　S=1:9001.住戸 Residence2.中庭 Courtyard211
