Of great historic value, it was designed jointly by a group of the era’s top architects, including Tachu Naito (structure), Shichiro Kigo and Kenji Imai (design). Restoring this attractive building aimed at preserving its legacy for future generations while allowing it to contribute to the community as a membership office center.
