Works12The challenge was in converting a classic Spanish style residence with an RC monocoque structure to office space set up to handle a diversity of work styles. The unique traditional and ethnic character of this building’s design had to be preserved, especially in terms of harmony and contrast. Restoration included underground facilities and a garage as new space.
