The west side windows have louvers blocking direct sunlight from the west while offering a clear view of the factory. Radiant air conditioning is used for celling, floor and windows. Eco-Void slab construction ensures more space and a bright open atmosphere that promotes communication. Light shelves and circadian lighting save power and make the building healthier. This is a comfortable office space which offers significant gains in “intellectual productivity” with energy savings of 50%.
