It is a multiservice complex with offices, hotels and stores. Mitsui Fudosan, in charge of project management, sees it as the northern gateway in its Nihonbashi Revitalization Plan, integrated into that city’s urban landscape. Changes in building regulations to do with floor area and height made it possible to optimize space for an open airy feeling, and the building has underground access.
