This project is the final twin towers on the north side.The aim was to produce a circuit-style flow line by linking two sites with a bridge, and create vitality and social interchange in the local area, in addition to providing many disaster prevention measures and environmental measures in the high-rise residences. A hall with a capacity of about 1,000 people is provided as a place of exchange between industry, academia, government, and the residents, and as a place for business matching for industry within the city. Also in the event of a disaster the facility will play the role of disaster center for the whole area, accommodating those having difficulty returning home.
