Works18The lower level parts were designed with a streetscape appropriate to the locality based on the theme of creating spaces for meeting and leisure that can be used by the local people. On the street side there are attractive spaces provided with a pedestrian deck and shops, there is a plaza between the residential buildings, and a garden on the rooftop of the Convention Hall, all places for people to congregate and interact. Relaxing generous spaces with ample planting have been created. (Masahiro Mitsumoto)Creating Spaces for Meeting and Leisure集いと憩いの空間づくり低層部は、街道にふさわしい街並みと地域の人々も利用できる集いと憩いの空間づくりをテーマとした。街道側は、ペデストリアンデッキと店舗を設けて華やかな空間とし、住棟間の広場とコンベンションホール・屋上庭園は、人々が集い、交流する場としている。豊かな植栽と相まって、やすらぎのあるおおらかな空間を作りこんだ。(光本 昌弘)街ににぎわいを与える南側店舗20
