It provides a mixed residential and international interaction venue for 200 Japanese and overseas students, located on the Ritsumeikan University Osaka Ibaraki Campus, associated with the establishment of the new College of Global Liberal Arts. To provide a place of learning throughout their “whole lifestyle” for students learning in Japan, tearooms, a noh stage, etc., are provided for contact with Japanese culture. Also by providing a stairs atrium that creates diverse connections, a place where activities are encouraged is formed. A new learning and lifestyle environment has been produced on this campus that is open to the public.
