Ten years has passed since the completion of phase 1, and the extension was planned to transform it into a presence that is open to the environment of the sandy beach, and to incorporate the latest technologies into the newly completed building. The elevated foyer linking the accommodation building and the training building has an organic cross-section derived from the sea, greenery, and landscape of the area, and simulation of a combination of the predominant wind and sunlight angles, and structural framework.
