On the other hand the office space has been configured to enable specialists from different fields and assigned to different locations to be gathered together, to strengthen the unified system from development, production, and distribution. Each floor on which the diverse office spaces are arranged connect with the atrium, providing common areas with a unified feeling while gently dividing the space, and thereby cultivating vitality and communication extending across disciplines, and an environment that produces technologies and tacit knowledge from experience. (Yumiko Hanabara)Creating a Borderless Collaboration Environmentボーダレスな協働環境をつくる機能ごとの分棟配置として事業リスクを最小化する一方で、開発から生産・物流の一貫体制を強化するため、分野や拠点の異なる技術者が集まることのできる執務空間を構成した。多様な執務スペースが配置された各階を吹抜が連続し、空間をやわらかく分節しながらも一体感のある共用部は、分野をこえたにぎわい・コミュニケーションを育み、技術と経験知の暗黙知が生まれる環境となる。(花原 裕美子)
