The characteristics of Shibuya, namely hill, streets, and neighborhoods, are incorporated onto the periphery of the building as a multi-level street that produces a meandering flow line that leads the flow and vitality of the surrounding people into the building. The transformed Shibuya PARCO has been reborn as a multi-purpose facility to which an office function has been newly added, in addition to stores and a theater, with the aim that it will become a new platform for the creation and propagation of future Shibuya culture.
