Works24シアター断面図　S=1:1500This is an entertainment hall with the main purpose of rock and pop electrical music concerts. The large space with a multi-level balcony for authentic live experience can be changed to suit various programs, and is provided with a floating floor structure to reduce the vibrations of 3,000 people dancing to the beat at the arena level. The foyer surrounding the theater has been designed towards the unusual to amplify the sense of expectation and excitement before and after a performance. The “holes” that are deformed in various ways, such as the openings in the red walls that invite the visitors into the atrium or the theater, and the irregular vertical flow lines bring about an inward-looking bodily sensation separated from daily reality. Sounds emitted from points set in the center of the atrium are packaged with dots converted to waveforms and the “sound” is displayed on the stairs on the center of the foyer as a visualized object. (Tatsuya Koshino, Kazuhisa Tozawa)Design Orientated towards the Out of the Ordinary非日常性を指向したデザインシアターは、ロック・ポップスなどの電気音響コンサートを主目的としたエンターテインメントホールである。多層バルコニー型の臨場感溢れる大空間は、多種多様な演目に対応する可変性を有し、アリーナレベルは3,000人の縦ノリ振動を低減する浮床構造としている。シアターを囲むホワイエもまた、開演前後の期待感・高揚感を増幅させ、非日常性を指向したデザインを展開している。上下階を繋ぐ吹抜けやシアターへ誘う赤壁面の開口等、様々な方向に穿たれた異形な「孔」や、不整形な縦動線は、日常とは切り離された内向する身体感覚を呼び覚ます。(越野 達也 ＋ 戸澤 和久)ホワイエ吹抜け内を多方向に展開する縦動線24アリーナと３層のバルコニーで構成された臨場感のあるシアター内部25
