0004建築主：関東化学株式会社所在地：神奈川県伊勢原市主要用途：研究所・工場設計施工：竹中工務店・設計：伊藤琢・大野友則・柳田舞・構造：山本章起久・山口義弘・大澤祐介・設備：阪口洋・川上明日香・田中荘太郎・作業所長：酒井康成新たな分野に対応した最新設備と研究者増員の為に新設された研究施設である。「まぶしさや暑さを軽減」する一方で「視覚的開放性を確保する」という難題を解決するために、九十九折の外装を提案した。敷地北面に広がる丹沢連峰への眺望を確保するために、設計段階からブラインドレス化を検証。日射遮蔽・温熱環境シミュレーションを検証して実現した外装は、竣工後もブラインドレスで利用されている。この開放的なオフィス環境が研究者の想像力を育む場となることを期待している。(伊藤 琢 ＋ 大野 友則 ＋ 柳田 舞)Works5FL4FLDetail Section S=1:200石井弘一会議室敷地面積：5,927.03㎡建築面積：1,212.72㎡延床面積：6,116.85㎡構造：S造階数：地上7階工期：2019.6〜2020.11廊下This is a new research facility constructed to accommodate the latest equipment for use in new fields and an increase in numbers of researchers. A façade with 99 folds was proposed to solve the difficult problem of reducing glare and heat, while providing a visually open feeling. To provide views of the Tanzawa mountain range, which stretches to the north and south of the site, elimination of blinds was investigated from the design stage. Simulations of sunlight shielding and thermal environment were performed to realize a façade that could be used without blinds after completion. It is expected that this open office environment will serve as a place that nurtures the imagination of the researchers.
