One feature of contact centers, in contrast to normal offices, is the requirement for a high level of information shielding from the outside. By using a quadrangle type spatial composition that is closed to the outside and open to the inside,a new workplace shape is proposed as a model for the next generation of contact centers in which thereis a co-existence of closure(high levelofbusiness security) and openness (comfortable environment for people).
