Members of staff start out here, and it was designed with the concept of “home port”, as a place to revisit this important milestone. The training building resembles a ship where diverse members of staff board and start a new life, arranged as if floating on the south side of the Kanzaki River. The accommodation building resembles a “cabin” arranged along the Kyuina River on the west side of the site, distant from the expressway.
