543325612研修棟は集中したい人と交流したい人の各々が理想的な距離感や居場所を選択できる知的研修環境を追求した。ボリュームを上下にズラして重ね、中間にライブラリーを挿入して、平面・断面の余白をつくり、ひとつながりでありながら相互干渉しない大らかな空間構成とした。それらを緩い階段で結び、移動に伴う身体性や感覚が、空間体験としてシオノギファミリーの記憶に残る。 （佐藤 達保）Works11133一体感と距離感が共存する知的研修環境Intellectual Training Environment where Sense of Unity and Sense of Distance Co-existIn the training building, an intellectual training environment is provided that enables both those that want to concentrate and those that want to interact to select their ideal location and sense of distance. By stacking the volumes with a shift vertically and inserting a library in the center, empty spaces are created in plan and elevation, resulting in a generous spatial composition that connects people without them interfering with each other. These spaces are connected by gently sloping stairs, so the physicality and sensation of movement will remain in the memory of the Shionogi family as a spatial experience.
