NWorks建築主：イチネンファシリティーズ所在地：大阪府大阪市主要用途：事務所設計施工：竹中工務店・設計：合田靖・森田昌宏・阪本泰智 竹内庸公・阿部敬一・河合哲夫・構造：佐分利和宏・増田寛之・徳永至・設備：大知啓介・齋藤寛徳・保科秀明 松川和弘・阿波田宙自動車分野を中核とした、多角的に事業を展開する「イチネングループ」の本社ビルの建替計画である。立体的な「緑」や複数の「コミュニケーションスペース」を内包した、多様な空間を持つ「Synergy Office」を創造した。外気に触れられる開放的なスペースを各所にちりばめたこのオフィスは、社員に元気を与え、グループ間や全てのステークホルダーに、グループのモットーである「いちねんでいちばんの毎日を」送れるオフィスとなった。（森田 昌宏 + 阪本 泰智）This was a project to renovate the headquarters building of Ichinen Holdings Co., Ltd., a group with multi-faceted businesses mainly in the automotive industry. The “Synergy Office” was created with diverse spaces incorporating three-dimensional greenery and many “communication spaces”. Open spaces where the external air can be felt are dispersed throughout this office, giving vitality to the staff, and sending the message of the group motto “Every day is the best with Ichinen” within the group and to stakeholders.
