The long and narrow site was made even narrower by separating the building from a greenery area, and a low hill-like promenade through which the residents can pass is provided in the greenery area. A flat terrace is provided in a recess in the center of the building, linked to the promenade and surrounded by a restaurant that the residents can use and a staff lounge, providing a venue for exchange that links interior and exterior.
