It consists of mega-floors of about 10,000 m2 one room office space per story where up to 2,400 people can work, 147 m long in the east-west direction and 70 m in the north-south direction. Double flooring for 400 mm diameter pipes is provided over the whole area, providing a highly flexible structure that can accommodate future changes. A façade light shelf introduces natural light, and the gentle light spreads from a stairwell provided in the center, creating working space where nature can be enjoyed everywhere in the interior. The aim was to produce a next-generation facility for creating new innovation together with customers in an environment where space is efficient, and workplaces are arranged close to each other.
