With a length of 120 m in plan, it is long and narrow and stairs and elevators are arranged in a dispersed manner, and in this waypeople freely come and go without corridors (= passages). In cross-section, the stories are shifted relative to each other, producing external spaces at appropriate locations that enable the rich natural environment to be enjoyed, while taking into consideration privacy with respect to the nearby residential area.
