Works緑に囲まれる周辺環境と連続するため、木構造と木質内装を採用した。吹抜空間では、円形耐火集成材・木質耐火被覆高強度スリム柱を使用した。吹抜空間上部のトラス補剛材はJAS製材木を採用し、演習室内にはCLT耐震壁を設けた。また、森林グランドサイクル®の一環として、「多摩産材ワークショップ」を行い、伐採木をトラス補剛材や造作家具に活用している。（竹尾 昌）Timber construction and timber interior finishes were adopted for continuity with the surrounding environment of greenery. In the atrium space circular fire-resistant laminated timber members and timber fire-resistant coated high strength slim columns were used. JAS timber was adopted for the truss stiffeners on the top of the atrium space, and CLT seismic walls were provided within the seminar rooms. Also, as a part of the Forest Grand Cycle®, a “Tama-produced material workshop” was established, and felled trees were used in the truss stiffening members and fabricated furniture.
