12更新性に配慮した木造CLT合成床システムの設計An updatable wooden CLT floor system Wooden buildings are becoming more and more common for various purposes as we learn how to build them without compromising performance or function. The design challenge for this building was to achieve a balance between the integrity of the wooden structure and customization, customizability) for tenants.In this project, “Insert rails" were installed at 900mm intervals along the CLT ceiling members to allow the ceiling to be positioned as required without damage to the framework. Wiring was run inside rails, and the beams have been designed so that they can be used to facilitate installation of equipment. Such features allow the building to be used for a wide variety of commercial tenants with differing needs. This system realizes the beauty of a wooden structure that is more appealing, with enhanced value over time.
