N256Our sales base focuses on community development. We put a horizontal louver screen on the second floor, which is the office floor so the people working there could see outside and feel the connection with town. To create this open office building design, we did carried out design verification, structural analysis, and environmental simulations using the BIM model, and using digital modeling and fabrication for components. With attention to light and line of sight and the use of adjustable louvers, we were able to reduce excessive sunlight and glare, as well as control field of view to achieve the optimum balance between open-ness and connection with the outside and an optimized work environment inside.
