This is a new company building for Kochi Broadcasting Co., Ltd., in the center of Kochi. The city can be seen the semi-transparent screens during live radio broadcasts, etc., thereby linking to the city while working. There is a clear view of Kochi’s symbolic Kochi Castle from the hall on the uppermost story, which was constructed using timber produced in Kochi Prefecture. The interior of the news floor, which was designed for ease of working, has been developed in eye-catching corporate identity (CI) colors, and a direct ceiling space is provided to enable renewal of broadcasting equipment. An active core (atrium stairs) is provided in the center of the floor to increase the speed of cooperation among the employees.
