The development building has a design that couples the façade with recessed window openings and fins with the interior, in accordance with the plan, providing horizontal windows and an advanced new corporate image (CI). In order to achieve efficiency and slim production lines in the development factory responsible for the production function, a “two-layer factory” was adopted with the production area on the second floor and a support area that brings together functions such as distribution, air conditioning, utilities, etc., on the first floor, thereby realizing a next-generation factory where functions and space are optimized.
