751216Works迅速な開発と生産を支える建築ディテールBuilding Details that Support Rapid Development and Production 開発棟は700人がスムーズにコミュニケーションを図り、迅速に開発が行える3,600㎡のワンルーム空間となっている。コアの分散配置や吹抜け大階段によって、四方の自然採光と上下階の円滑なコミュニケーションを実現した。開発工場は、モジュール化された取り外し可能なPC床により、生産機器のレイアウト変更時にフレキシブルに対応する。PC床に設けたスリーブは、下階からの空調吹出口やユーティリティの配管立ち上げルートとなっている。(太田 匠哉 ＋ 戸谷 奈貴)33PLAN S=1:1600The development building is a 3,600 m2 one-room space where development can be rapidly undertaken, with 700 people smoothly communicating. Natural light in four directions and smooth communication between the upper and lower floors are achieved by a dispersed arrangement of the core and large stairwells. The development factory has modular removable PC flooring to provide the flexibility to deal with changes in the layout of production machinery.
