Taking into consideration the site conditions adjacent to the Yodo River, a first-class river, the common areas such as cafeteria are provided on the first floor, and offices and meeting areas are provided on the higher floors, where there is no risk of flooding. On the upper floors large openings are provided facing the river, to realize a workplace that is both compact but also has a feeling of spaciousness.
