Works建築主：古野電気所在地：兵庫県西宮市主要用途：事務所設計施工：竹中工務店・設計：須賀定邦・桑原悠樹・構造：野澤裕和・中平和人・足立識文・設備：布上亮介・中北直樹・三畑一 小林佑平・作業所長：松葉浩樹魚群探知機のパイオニアとして知られる船舶用電子機器メーカーの新しい研究開発拠点である。建物形状は面積効率が最も高い正方形平面とし、執務スペースを外周部、中央部に吹抜けを貫く直通階段、会議室などを集約したオープンなセンターコアプランとした。コアは大きく4つに分割して風車状に配置し、会議室は腰壁のあるガラススクリーンとすることで、開放的で人と情報が行き交うオープンなセンターコアが実現した。(桑原 悠樹)This is a new research and development base for an electronic equipment manufacturer that is known as a pioneer in fish-finding equipment. The building shape is square in plan, which has the highest areal efficiency, with the office space around the periphery and direct stairs passing through the atrium and meeting rooms concentrated around an open center core plan. The core is broadly divided into four in a windmill arrangement, with the meeting rooms provided with glass screens on waist walls, realizing an open center core where people and information circulate.
