530,1,4,3,1, N210075600012HC001003530Works建築主：三菱ＵＦＪ銀行 三菱ＨＣキャピタルリアリティ所在地：東京都中央区銀座主要用途：店舗・銀行・事務所設計施工：竹中工務店・設計：江湖猛敏・岩﨑匠・岡本圭介・構造：平井慶一・浅井勇太・設備：左勝旭・牧野幸太郎・作業所長：松井俊樹・森政史銀座中央通りに面する銀行と商業フロアによる複合ビルである。1965年竣工の当社設計施工の代表作であった既存建物の窓プロポーションを踏襲し、縦長の窓を採用した。アルミのユニットフレームを研磨した硬質な輝きをもつ特徴的な窓を馬積み配置とし、端正でありながらも銀座の賑わいを演出する動きあるファサードとした。銀座８丁目の新たなランドマークとなる、輝きを失わない建築を目指した。(岩崎 匠)This is a multi-purpose building that includes a bank and a commercial floor, facing Ginza Chuo Dori. Windows that are long in the vertical direction were adopted, maintaining the same proportions as the existing building, which was a representative design and construct project completed in 1965 by Takenaka Corporation. The characteristic windows have polished aluminum unit frames with a hard sheen and staggered vertical joints, providing a façade that is both neat and has movement that matches the vibrancy of Ginza. The aim was to produce a building that will preserve its brilliance and become a new landmark in Ginza 8-chome.
