The façade frame design that incorporates two floors within one grid is in harmony with the large scale of Midosuji and forms a uniform landscape. The rich green “airy pilotis” with an eave height of 11 m that link with the pedestrian space around the building is like a pocket park for the people living and working here. The aim was to provide office rooms with ample natural light and sanitary spaces, as well as a base for interchange and outgoing.
