まちなみを一新するオーガニックファサードOrganic Façade that Renews the StreetscapeThe department store volume that extends over a total length of 240 m has an organic façade incorporating plants and motion writing, which together with the pedestrian space developed creates a pleasant urban landscape overflowing with a feeling of life. The huge volumes of the office towers were planned as an assembly, like a grove. An upward-rising feeling is produced by the segmentation by the mechanical balconies and the shadows of the vertical fins, so the “Umeda Grove” has been realized extending from the ground to the sky on an urban scale. A pleasant feeling is created in the interior space within the vertical fins, like being inside a grove, thereby providing comfortable and healthy space. (Seiho Suzuki)低層部をつつむオーガニックファサード04ファサード近景05全長240mにわたる百貨店ボリュームを、植栽とモーションライティングを織り込んだオーガニックなファサードとし、整備した歩行空間と共に、楽しげで生命感溢れる都市景観を生み出した。オフィスタワーの巨大なボリュームは、木立のような集合体として計画した。メカニカルバルコニーによる分節や縦フィンの陰影で上昇感を生み出し、「梅田木立」が都市スケールで大地から天空へ伸びていく姿を表現した。縦フィンは内部空間に木立の中に居るような心地良さを与え、快適で健康的なオフィス空間を提供する。(鈴木 星穂)08Works
