Small wooden pieces taken from logs are placed in a mutually supporting configuration so they are enclosed by the distinctive thin, short pieces. The result is a wooden structure that is integrated with the surrounding environment, enabling the wooden building itself to be used for environmental education. (Sho Tanaka, Atsushi Yoshida)20
