Works1998年に弊社設計施工で竣工した3棟のうち、1棟を解体し新築するオフィス群の再編プロジェクト。敷地は四条通、烏丸通、東洞院通に面し、3棟が路地・中庭・縁側バルコニーを介し立体的路地として光・緑・風がつながることで、通りからの人の流れをつくり出す。既存緑地の改修と新築棟により、既存棟も含めたビル群の価値を上げることを目指した。(平尾 豪志)In this reorganization project, one of the three buildings designed and constructed by Takenaka in 1998 was demolished to construct a new office building complex. The site faces Shijo-Dori, Karasuma-Dori and Higashinotoin-Dori, and the three buildings are connected by alleyways, courtyards and veranda balconies as three-dimensional alleys where light, greenery and wind are connected, creating a flow of people from the streets. Refurbishment of the existing green area and the newly constructed building increases the value of the complex, including the existing buildings.
