The goal was to achieve an environmentally conscious co-creation type office building in a location that incorporates the undulations of nature to give rise to various activities, much like a forest in which diverse ecosystems coexist. The mirror-surface grid frame that stretches in front from east to west reflects the sky and greenery both within and beyond the site, harmonizing the building with its surroundings and making it seem to sway in the middle of the city. As the site does not receive much sunlight, the horizontal fins act as light shelves and the vertical fins serve as wind catchers, incorporating the regional environment into the interior. The entrance pilotis are a space for trees that uses Imari woodassociated with the company's founder. These mingle ("KAKUHAN") with the building interior and exterior and the community at large to produce new experiences and landscapes in the community.
